COVID -19 UPDATE

Safety is of the utmost importance and we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers and employees are safe. Therefore, social distancing, protective equipment, and sanitization have been mandated.

We are also monitoring any and all updates as the information are made available for the State of Hawaii and will provide updates to this page if any of this will affect our shipping times. However, we would appreciate your patience if there are any delays due to this unforeseen pandemic.

Processing Times

Our items are thoughtfully made and completely custom to each order. Because of this, please allow for longer processing times. Orders can take up to 3 weeks for processing.

Specific shipping times vary. COVID will also affect shipping so please allow extra time, up to 2 weeks. Manatrend LLC has no control over shipping once the package is picked up and will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once shipped. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is place and another confirmation once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number information and it will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Charges

There are a few factors that will affect shipping some of which include but are not limited to:

Domestic vs international shipment destinations
Total weight of package
Shipping method selected
Total cart value

Damages

MANATREND LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to support your claim.
